Night Gondola Lodge — Guest Services Desk

Your mountain evening, looked after start to finish.

The same calm porch desk greets every arrival and sends the last guest indoors after the lifts close. YUUYITA L.L.C. hosts the whole run of your Park City stay — the ride in, the boots that fit, the table that waits, the warm villa that returns to you.

Six boards under one lodge roof

None of these jobs sits in a separate office. Every task lives on a numbered board by the boot bench, so the whole mountain feels like one household run by one patient host. Walk the boards the way a guest passes the lamp posts up the slope.

GS-114 Guest Concierge Lane

Concierge Guest Services

Concierge Guest Services is the warm heart of the lodge. This board carries the whole arc of a stay from the booking note to the last handshake on the porch. The desk answers questions before they are asked: it knows which restaurants near the gondola take the last seating, which trail keeps its lamps on late, and which ski shop can rebuild a zip the afternoon before a race. When a guest lands in town tired from the flight, the desk holds the room keys, the dinner vouchers and the pass cards ready at arrival. A single booking note per family travels with the desk from the first call to the final goodbye, so no detail is repeated and none is lost between shifts. The desk also watches the snow and storm pages overnight so a sudden change never catches anyone without a plan or a spare coat liner at the door.

GS-214 Village Run Route

Resort Transport Runs

Resort Transport Runs keep the village on one reliable loop. A warm vehicle leaves the porch on a fixed timetable each evening and shuttles every booking between the lift wickets, the dining district and the returning villas. The runs are direct and calm, with no crowded detours, so a family with wet skis and a tired child is never left guessing which stop is theirs. Phones are answered, timing is announced, and every guest is helped to the kerb before the door closes. Reserved seats hold through the last chair, and the same friendly face greets each traveller on the way out and on the way back, so the village begins to feel familiar by the second night. When one seat stays open, the desk keeps it free rather than crowd the cabin, because a quiet run beats a fast one after a long day in the alpine air.

Fitting
GS-314 Boot Room Fitting

Equipment Fitting

Equipment Fitting turns a rented day into a settled one. The boot bench measures, pads and sorts every pair before the first run, so no buckle digs and no heel lifts inside the shell. Skis, boards, poles, helmets and wax are lined up by name at the warner rack overnight. In the morning they are warm, sized and ready the moment breakfast ends. When a rental needs a repair or a size swap at high noon, the fitting kit comes straight to the slope edge. Every binding is torque-tested to its owner weight, every boot is checked for the flex a given knee can keep, and each board gets a fresh wax the night before a race or a powder morning. The bench keeps a spare pair of dry glove liners and a small stack of soft socks, so a cold hand or a hot foot never has to shorten a full day on the hill.

GS-414 Route Planning Board

Itinerary Planning

Itinerary Planning draws the route so the day runs on its own. Before dawn the desk sets a quiet order of lifts, lessons, lunches and long lapses, matched to the snow report and to the stamina of each group. Nothing is forced onto a fixed clock. A beginner takes the wide glade early, an expert catches the ridge lap after the crews finish, and everyone meets at the lodge porch for the last return. When weather shifts, the plan bends without a lost seat or a stranded table. The printed card for the day carries three timings for every seat, a back-up table in the next valley, and a simple code for the rain-and-wind rooms that stay open when the ridge snows in. Rest days are planned too, with sledding hills, fire-bay lunches and quiet movie cellars beside the warmers, because a great week needs a slow afternoon as much as it needs a summit.

GS-514 Villa Care Roster

Villa Housekeeping

Villa Housekeeping keeps the home ready while the slopes call. Rooms are turned between outings, fires are laid for the last chair, kitchens are cleared and reappointed, and towels are warmed before the second use. Laundry moves on a quiet cycle that never steals a guest from the couch. The staff work on a visible roster, so the young and the busy both know when the service passes and when the space stays private. Every villa returns to you flat calm and freshly stoked. Boots dry on the bench by the back door, sleds hang in the hall rack, and each morning a fresh stack of firewood waits beside the hearth where the evening fire was banked the night before. Suppers can be set and cleared silently so a tired family comes down to a ready table and returns to a warm, still-lit room without lifting a finger.

GS-614 Evening Events Deck

Event Evenings

Event Evenings turn the lodge into a stage after dark. The same board that greets guests sets a fire, tunes a piano, lays a fondue spread and lit tables for a private dinner, a birthday torch lap or a small village wedding. The crew will host, plate, clear and pour so the celebrating party stays at the table the whole night. Every evening closes the way a run ends: with warm guests, cleared rooms and a note of thanks left by the door. Quiet menus can be built around one strong dish or offered family style, and chairs can be moved, routes lit and music set without a single guest leaving the party to arrange it. The event team arrives early, leaves late, and tidies every glass before the morning crew appears, so the celebration never meets the clean-up.

One desk has looked after this mountain, every night.

No hand-off, no changing of the guard mid-flow. The same calm hosts who fit your boots are the ones who light your fire and run you home. That is why fourteen hundred alpine evenings have closed with every guest inside, and why the hill keeps coming back to this porch.

The Evening Run

Every stay boards the same five-stop run

A single lift line carries each guest from the kerb to the slippers. Watch the lamps click from stop to stop: Greet, Fit, Drive, Host and Return.

GREET  •  FIT  •  DRIVE  •  HOST  •  RETURN
Why the porch never changes

A lodge, not a front desk

Park City rewards staying somewhere that behaves like a home. YUUYITA L.L.C. built the desk around that idea, so the services below fold into one evening you can trust to hold together without your supervision.

One accountable host

A single named desk answers for the whole evening, from the first run to the last light, so you never juggle three phone numbers after dark.

Fixed evening rhythm

Transport, fittings and housekeeping run on one shared timetable. Your boots, your ride and your room move in step and nobody waits twice.

The mountain kept primary

Ski time stays the reason for the trip. Every other service slips quietly around the laps, never pushing the snow day off the page.

Concierge openings for the coming weeks

YUUYITA L.L.C. keeps a limited number of hosted evenings each week so every guest still sleeps at the quiet lodge we built. Reserve the desk now and your run is held on the board.
