The Mountain Service Board

Six lifts of care, one patient desk.

Every service on this page belongs to the same lodge, run by YUUYITA L.L.C. from a single porch in Park City. Each piece is substantial on its own and inseparable from the one beside it, so a whole mountain stay can be booked as one comfortable evening.

Service01

Concierge Guest Services

Concierge Guest Services is the living hand of the lodge and the first board a caller reaches. It greets every arriving family at the foot of the travel day and carries the thread of their whole stay without handing them off. Before the group lands, the desk has already matched the room keys, arranged the lift passes, pressed the restaurant list and turned the heating to welcome level, so the only decision at the door is how soon to be on the mountain.

The concierge team answers quickly, keeps one note per family and follows each query to its end rather than routing it away. Dinners, child minders, wax appointments, boot dryer slots and quiet corners are all arranged from the same calendar, which means a change to one outing moves everything else in step. At the close of every day the team leaves a short card for the next shift, so the morning crew begins with the same knowledge the evening crew used.

Resort Transport Runs

Resort Transport Runs are the quiet shuttle line that stitches Park City together after dark. Vehicles leave the porch on a published timetable all through the evening and the morning window, carrying guests between the lift wickets, the dining district and the villas that sit back from the lights. Runs are kept direct and calm, with seats reserved in advance and never overfilled, so no tired traveller ever stands or waits in the cold for a ride that should have arrived.

Drivers are warm, punctual and familiar with every driveway in the valley, and they wait at the kerb until the group is safely at the door. The transport board also handles the single ski transfers that run longer distances: gear is loaded with care, children are belted safely, and the fare is agreed before the journey so there are no surprises at the gate. The desk can flex one route within an hour to catch a missed lap or an early return, keeping the whole loop moving without pressure.

Equipment Fitting

Equipment Fitting is the boot bench service that saves a whole trip from a pinched foot. Skis, snowboards, boots and poles are measured and padded to each body before the first run, and every pair is torque-tested to the weight of the rider who will use it. Drying and warming racks hold each set by name through the night, so the morning row is dry, flexible and sized to the hour of use, never the hour of rental.

Midday problems are met at the slope edge. A buckle that digs, a heel that lifts or a board that flexes wrong is reworked on the spot, and spare liners, socks and strap kits ride with the fitter so the fix lands before the mood is lost. Before a race or a powder day the team pulls the full kit early, re-waxes and edge-tunes, and returns it to the bench ready for the bell. Nothing about a rented day is left to chance when the fit check stands before it.

Itinerary Planning

Itinerary Planning draws a day that runs itself before the first chair cranks. The desk builds a sequence of lifts, lessons, lunches and long lapses around the snow report, the forecast and the honest stamina of each group, and prints the plan on a simple card for the pocket. An early beginner takes the wide glade, a keen expert finds the ridge line after the crews finish, and the whole party reconvenes at the lodge porch for the last run of the light.

The plan never freezes the week. When weather moves, the desk shuffles seats and tables before anyone notices the change, guarding the booked dinner and saving the summit for the clearer day. Rest days are designed on purpose rather than stumbled into: sledding hills, fire-bay lunches and quiet rooms near the warmers all appear on the card so a slow afternoon feels as wanted as a full one. What a guest loses in control, they gain in a week that simply works.

Villa Housekeeping

Villa Housekeeping keeps the home welcoming while the mountain does its work. Rooms are turned between outings, bathrooms are freshened mid-stay, kitchens are cleared and reappointed, and towels are warmed before the second use so nothing cool ever touches a tired back. Laundry moves on a quiet cycle scheduled around rest, silently slipping between rooms so the couch hours and the nap hours stay untouched.

The team publishes a gentle roster, so guests know when service passes and when the villa stays private; no one is surprised at a door or rushed out of a bath. Bottom lines matter too: fires are laid before the last chair, firewood is stocked beside the hearth, the sleds hang dry in the hall and the morning coat is laid out straight. When the week ends, the villa is handed back to the owner so clean that the next arrival finds nothing of the last one left behind.

Event Evenings

Event Evenings turn the lodge itself into the celebration. A private birthday, a torch lap, a small village wedding or a long table of family dinners can all be hosted under one roof, with the fire lit, the piano tuned and the glasses already set before the guests arrive first foot through the porch. The crew lays the table, plates the course, keeps the lights gentle and clears between songs so the party never needs to stand.

Menus are built around one strong shared dish or offered family style, and routes are lit, chairs moved and music set to the mood of the room. The team stays until the last guest is happily indoors, tidies every glass and leaves a written note of thanks at the door for the morning crew. The same hands that fetched the boots now turn the party out, proving that the evening run does not stop when the lifts close.

How a stay is taken on

The desk works in four short steps

From the first enquiry to the last light, everything on this board moves through the same calm order. You do not navigate a maze of departments; you walk one straight line.

Step 01

Enquire

Send the dates, the guest list and the mood of the stay through the desk. A bespoke running sheet is returned within a day.

Step 02

Confirm

The board agrees a written plan and holds the transport, the fittings and the villa care to a single shared calendar.

Step 03

Run the Evening

The desk executes the plan live, bending the schedule only when weather or tired feet truly need it.

Step 04

Settle In

Every guest is returned, the villa is set for morning and a quiet note closes the day on the board.
